A letter dated February 18, 1993, was read stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN)(efd fld S)                                      
"An Act making a supplemental appropriation for certain elections             
for regional educational attendance area school boards and coastal
